Im actually not sure about that. Deadpool is pretty widespread. The rated r may hurt it but i think its numbers will be great

The rating will definitely hurt

But that's also why they budgeted Deadpool so low

There's generally a gap between PG13 and r rated movies which is why you almost never see a blockbuster type film come out with that rating

I really hope it succeeds while being rated R and more CBM follow, rated R is amazing for these types of films.
