Jackman confirms Wolverine 3 is his last as Wolverine

For the last 17 years Hugh Jackman has played Wolverine and now on an Interview on the Dr.Oz show the actor has confirmed that the third Wolverine film will indeed be his last outing as the character. While on the show he said point blank "This will be my last one, It is my last time,” he continued. “It just felt like it was the right time to do it. And let’s be honest, 17 years. I never thought in a million years it would last, so I’m so grateful to the fans for the opportunity of playing it.I kind of have in my head what we’re going to do in this last one. It just feels like this is the perfect way to go out.”.

Bruh a Wolverine 3 is unnecessary

Just let Singer make Apocalypse the masterpiece it's destined to be and then hand over the X-Men rights to Marvel Studios

Wolverine used to be my favorite character until Jackman and Fox turned him into a grumpy ***** *** non killing simp. :smh:

Just the fact that he's quitting just makes me mad that Fox couldn't just reboot everything when they had a chance.

They essentially will be rebooting everything after apocalypse. Singer will be gone and so will most of the talent( fassbender, mcavoy) etc. so anything after that will be "new"

That's just even more reason that they should've rebooted when they had the chance Lol. By now they can be building on their new universe instead of wasting time making movies in a universe that they're just going to blow to Kingdom come lol

They couldn't even do a reboot correctly and decided to just connect all the movies with timetravel. I would've been happy with some good animated movies instead.

Well to be fair the wolverine movies were a couple characters not showing up away from working connectivity speaking

they had a talented director (Vaughn) and a talented cast..

but fox just had to let singer back in on things.. so of course we get a 'first class' without the original x-men

Of course we're not getting the original X-Men.

This is 80s Marvel through and through. Never mind the setting, we've got Jubilee, Nightcrawler, very likely mohawk Storm, etc

January Jones looked damn good in her lingerie as Emma Frost.

Kevin Bacon was a cool villain too.

Apocalypse Synopsis? Also confirms Wolverine and Gambit in the film.

X-Men: Apocalypse will follow the super powered mutants battling their most powerful foe yet, the devious and devastatingly dangerous Apocalypse. This legendary villain uses his incredible abilities to alter his physical form, access other mutant superpowers and telekinesis to recruit a cult-like group called the Four Horsemen to be his servants and do his bidding in an all out war against the X-Men.

The cast of X-Men: Apocalypse will feature a who’s who of X-Men characters and some of Hollywood’s most talented performers playing them including Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games) as Mystique, Channing Tatum (21 Jump Street) as Gambit, Oscar nominee Michael Fassbender (12 Years a Slave) as Magneto, Golden Globe nominee James McAvoy (The Last King of Scotland) as Charles Xavier, Academy Award nominee Hugh Jackman (Les Misérables) as Wolverine, 2-time Golden Globe nominee Rose Byrne (Neighbors) as Moira MacTaggert, Nicholas Hoult (Warm Bodies) as Beast, Olivia Munn (The Newsroom) as Psylocke, 3-time Screen Actors Guild Award nominee Sophie Turner (Game of Thrones) as Jean Grey, Kodi Smit-McPhee (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) as Nightcrawler, Alexandra Shipp (Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B) as Storm, Tye Sheridan (The Stanford Prison Experiment) as Cyclops and Golden Globe nominee Oscar Isaac (Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens) as the villain Apocalypse.

Acclaimed director Bryan Singer (The Usual Suspects) will be returning for his fourth X-Men film working this time from a script by Simon Kinberg (Fantastic Four), Dan Harris (Superman Returns) and Michael Dougherty (X-Men 2).

2 out of 3 for terrible writers. They make it worse by crediting them with some of the worst superhero movies out there. Not helping themselves by reminding us of Superman Returns and Fantastic Four.

If it's singer's last xmen film then have apocalypse kill all of the xmen and win.
