Certainl heads really in here saying they don't respect others opinions causec they had to "turn their brain off" in order to enjoy this movie...

Yet y'all respect the ridiculously biased OPINION of someone who refuses to even watch it...

Lol.. Nah man I try not to bash opinions..

However I also try not to form opinions without seeing sumn myself...

I get it tho man..it's marvel vs everybody else..

I just wish y'all would look at things a lil more subjectively... Or look at movies period! Lol.
 
I'll be bored next week so I might check this movie out. My friend who doesn't complain much about movies told me it sucked.

Ehh this is not something that has happened over night for me. It's not like I've been skipping x-men movies for 15 years.

Xmen has slowly lost my goodwill over time. I'm not giving them the benefit of the doubt on nothing anymore.

What's that saying, 'Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me?'

It's one thing if ppl were going sjdnfdj damn the movie is way better than Dofp, you gotta go see this movie and other similar glowing reviews. But ppl aren't even doing that. So excuse me for actually paying attention to word of mouth :lol:

You and Tdogg aren't even saying 'Amel trust me the movie is going to be so good that it will change your mind about the fox movies.' You're just saying 'watch it before you bash it' Yea you guys are sure convincing me to see it :lol:

At this point we kinda know what we are getting from singer/fox..

This is his 4th xmen film, as director (not sure how many more he was a producer on).. And It is fox's 14th marvel movie
 
We're 15 years deep in basically the same vein, I can't fault someone who recognizes that this franchise goes with the status quo for this long skipping it. It's like being upset at someone for not watching the last die hard. Calm your ***** down, you're not the guardians of negative reviews. At this point it's not even a scintillating conversation.

First class is directed by Matthew Vaughn, unfortunately it was prodcued by singer (which probably explains why that wasn't a real reboot and have the real first class xmen)





But I'm a huge Vaughn fan.. His work with guy Ritchie.. stardust is the only film of his I haven't seen

Love his movies.. Layer cake, kickass, kingsman

Whereas, singer has 1 movie I like (usual suspects, which came out in 1995)

Finally listening to comicbookgirl19's 45 mins on the movie and xmen..




They should reboot and start the film with cyclops story.. The plane crash and death of his parents.. him going into an orphanage run by mr sinister..

Tell that, doesn't have to be THAT long.. But you're building the backstory of the eventual leader of the team and also introducing a villain that will pop up a couple times later on (intersected into others stories and his schemes) and will be the lead in the 3rd or 4th movie
 
da movie is good...not GREAT (which is da biggest indictment considering Deadpool was awesome, and its FOX)

X-men just need a new director, it'll b fine.
 
Taron Egerton from Kingsman would make a great young Bobby Drake.
 
:lol: why did they go with that? The dialogue for that scene was basically "come get yo ***** *****". Who are they apologizing to though?
