I like the way fox depict the XMen looks and whatnot but imagine if marvel had it, it would look SPOT on. Sentinels were dope but if they looked like the way they did in comic books, that would be sick.
 
It'd be cool if they were all under marvel. Seeing the avengers, gotg, the xmen, f4, and others team up for IW would be the most epic thing ever.
 
AvX would be soooooo ill. Man... Phoenix 5 too? I'd hope to see that before I leave this world. Make it happen Marvel, take back what's yours.
 
Again, if I had to put my money on any marvel characters depicted in film to date vs those sentinels I'm going with vision and/or tony..

Vision on top of having the infinity stone, was able to wield mjlonir and then he has the ability to phase through objects.. And the sentinels wouldn't be able to replicate his abilities as he doesn't have DNA (plus you can't just replicate a infinity stone)

Tony to date has created a new element and artificial intelligence.. His arc reactor tech is probably more advanced then what any other marvel character has accomplished in that field on film to date

Ummm this is nitpicky.. But why have Scott as a preppy kid.. Then show angel in the next scene all leathered up




And based on what I've read from everyone, they should have just excluded apocalyse from this film.. Have mags in hiding.. Then his family gets killed.. And then causes his all out war vs mankind with the new mutants having to stop him

Since we haven't really gotten a film with fassbender's mags as the primary villain





Doesn't take long for the age thing to come up (havoc).. And taking away beast being beast full time takes away from the character, as comicbookgirl19 rightfully points out
 
I was talking to my boy the other day, Why does every X-men movie have to be grandiose? They can make a movie about them not having to save the world but smaller conflicts.

They had 4 of the 5 OG X-Men in this movie, and killed one...:smh:

Could have made up some BS about how the time travel caused Bobby to be born earlier and there you go. Should have also had Warren join at the end.
 
That should have been the first class.. Should have been a clean reboot


Then it has signifigance when angel losses his wings and it makes sense when he goes with apocalyse eventually







- also I thought angel was going lose his wings in that fight against nightcrawler at the beginning when they show them getting electrocuted

Its obvious how to fix x-men


1. focus on no more than 4 YOUNG characters.

2. have 90% of take place in the school.

3. have a smaller scale villian that is a metaphor for discrimination like all the best x men villians.

4. have more sequencens where a young mutant is discovering their powers.



Its not hard, not more planetary threats. Xmen is about otherness.
