TDK is the reason comic book movies get put into quality production. Before that it was just slap stick "if it's good cool but let's just throw in everything we can now". :lol: facts

Well I mean IM came out the same year , and you agree that IM is a great film.

Great? In comparison to marvel productions yes. TDK was an over great movie in comparison to any genre. Other CB movies don't even deserve to be mentioned along side of TDK

Of course but for the most part FOX has disappointed or straight up released trash. Nothing about FOX has shown that that's changed. They aint hire nobody new from producers to screenwriters. So it's harder to be hopeful.

I want the X-Men movies to be great but they haven't been. I want the F4 movies to be amazing but you look at the campy **** they give us and some of the things you hear or see about this reboot and it's like you want ppl to force and lie about being excited?

I don't want to hate X-Men and F4 movies. I just hate what FOX studios have been doing to them for what's about to be 2 decades now.

What makes it worse is when you think they on the right track and do some good stuff and then hit you with the same crap :smh: You add that with the bad replay value and I don't see how some fans could react any other way. I don't get how ppl can stand behind it. I mean if you don't like the MCU stuff okay but that don't make what FOX is doing better. The support for DoFP seems so forced to me :lol: It's either that or the standards have been seriously lowered.

DOFP could have been over if they just had left magneto in his cell.. Could have been over quicker if they just went and picked up quicksilver

I've said it numerous times, singer is the worse thing that happened to xmen.. Well 2nd worse thing since next to ratner




No clue how they put him back in charge after superman returns and jack the giant slayer
 
The colossus CGI is always cringeworthy. Even in DoFP

If a singer movie is good it is in spite of him, not because of him

the thing is, for me at least, at least Fox tries. Even though they come up short with X men I appreciate the effort. marvels movies to me are just sterile and cookie cutter. I know that somewhere in the middle, the good guys are gonna get beat down, but by the climax of the movie they're gonna come back. Its quite tiresome at this point.
