I just realized the Thing has no underpants on. I hope they address that by the end of the film. lol.

Stan Lee teases his XMen: Apocalypse cameo.

"I did a cameo for the next X-Men movie-." Shortly after he started, a security guard walked over and whispered something in his ear. After that, Stan Lee responded and said, "When you say I'm not allowed — will I be arrested?"

After giving the crowd a good laugh, Stan Lee, then returned his focus on the cameo, and said how it's going to be fantastic. "When you go see the next 'X-Men' movie when it comes out, and see my fantastic cameo, you will say, 'I remember he told me about it here. It's a different cameo in that it has one additional thing in it." After getting the crowd excited even more, Lee joked and said, "And if that doesn't make you go see 'X-Men,' I'm wasting my time."

Singer on the costumes in Apocalypse, hints at pulling off colored gear?

"I will say that in 'X-Men: Apocalypse,' there is a chance -- without giving anything away -- that you may get closer to seeing what I think, Mr. X-Men News, you are interested in seeing," Singer revealed in an interview with Yahoo! Movies when they asked about the chances of the heroes getting their classic colourful costumes. "I know it's something I've been interested in, I just always wanted to do it the right way."

^Not seeing it.

All we have is an apocalypse that looks like a larger version of what archangel should've looked like and some better costume design than the original trilogy.

Singer saying "The colored costumes is something I've wanted all along, I just needed it right" is pretty bs

He's had 15 years to come out with colored costumes.

Obviously he's doing it now because he was slow to realize that was what audiences want lol

Who is the guy with the gun and long coat in that group pic?

singer is a dummy. I don't care what that fool says. Like you said, he's had over a decade and a number of movies to put out the individual costumes.

Fantomex. He's a master thief.

His powers are misdirection but I dont know exactly how they work. Basically he makes you think one thing when in reality something completely different is going on. Like an illusion. He is also inexplicably immune to telepathy, even from omega level telepaths like Psylocke.

^Agreed. His best work for Marvel if not his best work period.

Only time I ever liked Deadpool either. If Deadpool was consistently written like that I would love him.

To be fair he didn't have 15 years. He started with X1 in 2000, which was the first of it's kind where it's a big production full blown comic book film. It was risky to go full blown colorful spandex back then, it wouldn't have worked well. He probably saw sample and concept that looked too gofy to be taken seriously.

Colored costumes didn't come to fruition til two years later with Spiderman in 2002 (agreed, that was a big leap) and when X2 came out in 2003, they had probably wrapped production by the time Spiderman came out so no time to change there.

Singer produced other X-Films but he wasn't the director for it. Vaughn started transitioning to color in First Class and Singers return in DoFP had adapted it as well, to a lesser extent but Magneto wasn't just in black leather gear and the past XMens didn't need a reason to wear matching uniforms. I do think he could have used more color int he Future XMens but I also understand the grim world it was set in.

Being better than AoU wouldn't be that hard in all fairness. Movie had a legit trailer of Thor 3 in it for absolutely no reason

That's what Joss wanted. Dat lack of creative control these directors get right?
