Guy gets wrestled/tackled to the floor in Walmart while legally carrying a firearm

I just heard about this and all I can do is :smh: at the entire situation. This could have gone south qickly. I'm not sure what was on dudes mind, but all he needed to do was call the cops if he felt the man looked suspicious.

I find it funny how quickly Walmart was able to show the footage of this encounter up, but when the black father got killed by the police it took eons for us to see it.


I guess I should follow the normal rules for a new post.

CLiffs
Black puts gun in holster and enters walmart.
White guy sees this and says he looks suspicious.
White guy decides to be a hero and tackles the black guy to the floor, while yelling he has a gun.
Other men come and help restrain the black even though he is telling them he has a license to carry a concealed weapon.

Deputies arrived on scene and confirmed that Clarence Daniels does have a concealed weapons permit. Foster was taken into custody and charged with battery.

These incidents could be easily avoided if people didn't walk into stores sporting weapons. Don't matter if you have a permit, you're asking for it by just wearing the piece. It's incredibly narcissistic, too. I mean, what the hell are you trying to prove by walking into a Wal Mart with a holstered gun, anyway?

Wrong.

People are brainwashed into irrationally thinking that guns are dangerous and illegal no matter who carries one. It is not at all only aimed at certain races, but everyone, and there are literally hundreds more of these videos on youtube. Quit race baiting.

62 years old? He's old enough to know things aren't in his favor. The other two should get charged too though.

Yup, seen many white folks open carrying, but this is how I imagine it would go down for anyone else.
