I ordered manually and still got the ghost order on a black TNF hood.... their algorithms are all jacked up.
 
I still have both the charges pending but the money is still out of my account, I copped both items manually too.

It was a hyped release. I too have pending charges but I'm not worried at all. I already was charged the $0.10 and refunded back already so I know I'm good. Expect shipping label created today or within the next couple days.

Thats my situation. I know it can take a few days to ship but i dont even see the charges on my credit card. And my second order was a restock so i dont think the whole ghost theory works on that.

I havent had an issue yet on any order and i better not have been flagged or some bs lol

I'm in the same boat. Order manually every week. Yesterday caught a overdyed hoodie restock and copped. Got confirmation but no shipping, charge is still there on my card as well
 
If you got charged and a confirmation email just sit back and relax. You're good.

They just printed my shipping label and I ordered at 11:00 on the nose yesterday.

You guys know that on heavy weeks they don't get to shipping things for a few days.

Hey guys, sorry if this is redundant but how exactly does the restock work? I understand you use https://www.supremecommunity.com/restocks-us but do you purchase it through that link? or do you go back to supremenewyork.com at the time it says it is supposed to go live  to purchase it? thanks for any advice and sorry if this has been answered already.
 
just got shipping on a jacket that I snagged on a restock last night.

Still no shipping for my hoodie and jacket I grabbed at launch yesterday and I have order confirms and charges on my cards

They post what restocked a minute after it go's live , by the time you see what did restock poof gone . Just monitor the page yourself but beware don't do it too often or banned you will be
 
no shipping confirmation. but money still withdrawn from my account. just hoping on a sweater restock.
 
I just got my black north face jacket. thats the fastest I gotten something from supreme. They  dont want to deal with cancel orders
