CS and instore are diff people/personalities so yea you're right. but even in store is nothing like some of the horror stories you hear sometimes.

Ordered a hoodie this morning and it went through, but my GF ordered one for me as well (different CC/billing info and email) but when she tried it said it noticed she already ordered one.

Do you think this was because we were on the same IP address? Never seen it not able to order multiple items before on different CC's.
