Old washed Supreme Thread vol. LOCK IT UP!!!

Supreme is weird with their markups. They probably made a killing on that pillbox, you can get them for .50-1.00, so they probably cost pennies to make and they charged 8.00 which is obviously a price people were willing to pay. With some collabs though they keep it pretty reasonable, esp. considering they are probably made in fewer numbers. Things like that are a good "extra" to throw in the bag and they sell well so Im not mad at that. Im sure most of them were bought along with other stuff, cant imagine anyone paid 18 for a pillbox.

The braun clock is def nostalgic. I had one as a kid and its probably still kicking in my moms basement somewhere. If it drops with something else non hyped I want I may scoop it myself. Trying to not be a hoarder and have clutter, sneakers already consume so much space, but it is one of those items you grab just because. 

You can find that mophie for 30ish, last I checked anyway. 58 isnt insane markup but for something with a limited shelflife and apparently not the best on the market, and with they hype on it, I didnt even bother. 

edit: cant remember where I saw the mophie for 30. Assuming its the same model though on amazon they are 50 so thats even 'mo fairer

What color did you get.  I was debating on the other colors but you can never go wrong with black.  But I did notice the other colors went OOS a lot more quicker than the black.  The duffle bag wasn't necessary for me, but that mophie though I would've used one of the compartments for the bad to put them in.

I asked the same question when I first got into it and the material and fit is quite a bit nicer than a normal tee. I ordered one last season in SS and LS and they've become a part of my go to essentials now. I'm aiming to get at least one each season from now on.

You get the same size in the pocket tee as you would in the regualr tees?

I found my pocket tee from SS14 to be a bit scratchy but it's worn down a bit since I washed it a few times. But definitely nice. The material thickness and stretch is on par with my Knowledge Reigns tee from ?SS13? I believe.

In other news, I went to the Supreme Reddit for the first time today and saw this ****:

 As I was walking to class wearing my grey astronaut hoodie they started yelling "STOP WEARING SUPREME ****BOY" and when I looked they would turn around. I was talking to another kid that likes supreme and they did the same thing to him, he was wearing a black moth ls and they pulled him aside, asked if he bought it retail, then started telling him not to wear supreme. I just don't understand why this would happen we weren't flexing or nothing. The two guys are known for wearing sick bogos and other cool items but now they were just ********. Just had this on my mind all day, have any of you guys had a similar experience?

I check the sub, and just laugh without commenting. I'm not saying that the kid needs to fight, but just the tiniest bit of self confidence without needing validation from online peers would project enough to nip that situation in the bud.

I came up in a time before the Internet being everywhere and took my fair share of ribbing for a lot of things fashion wise, but I still mostly did my own thing in school. Must be a rich kid school though, I know back in my time what you'd catch hell for was wearing look a likes.



I get the cut and sew tops in the same size I get my tees and everything else because I'm a bit pudgy.

I hate these kinds of people. I went to a sneaker con last year and these 2 kids asked me if I would sell them my tiff highs (was trying to get trade for something a little higher quality). when I refused they called me a ****boi and a hypebeast... One minute, they're trying to buy my hyped ish, the next they call me names because I don't want to? People are just stupid. Gotta ignore and move on, they'll catch what is coming to them one day.

The admiring can sometimes be just as annoying, especially when the person has no clue what they're talking about. Had a worker at NTNY following me around cuz I was rocking tiff lows, trying to sell me tiger print shirts and **** saying they would go together so well. Leave me alone. Haha.
