I think that Trip Reset fading has more to do with it being on a grey heathered tee than anything. My Easter Island looks similar.
Cold wash, low spin, and hang dry always works for me. Of course some prints will be more delicate than others.

Every time I see that team henley restock I'm more and more tempted to cop. Grey CW looks nice, but the stock photo with the ribbing looks pretty bad IMO. Wish I could see a fit pic because I have a feeling it doesn't look bad being worn.

Wash inside out on COLD. Low/no spin cycle. Very small amount of detergent. Hang dry.
