Some dude tried to scam me for $50 on a moth l/s that I bought from him. I found him on Twitter and found out where he worked. Called his work and proceeded to explain to him what would happen if he didn't refund my money. Woke up the next morning and my money was refunded. It was just $50 but I turned it into a game. I would have much rather had that shirt then the money though.

Best of luck but ebay almost always sides with the buyer. I recently had a guy with 2 feedback claim the shoes I sold were fake. Despite 15 years of perfect feedback, and over 450 transactions, AND submitting the receipt for the shoes to the case, I still lost. Luckily I got the shoes back.

Thank man and I'm sorry to hear about that situation. Fortunately the guy who scammed me is the exact same guy who scammed the guy in the Kobe thread so him having a history of it will hopefully strengthen my case

When I called him I acted like I was in an airport. I'm in California he was in Jersey. Told him I had a bunch of frequent flyer miles that were about to expire.

As a few others have said, be sure to pick up the phone and CALL paypal. You have a much higher chance of winning your case. Don't just go thru the whole online back-and-forth thing. It's a waste of your time
