That sucks, man. I had a dude try and say I sold him fake chicagos, filed the claim the last day of the 3 months or whatever is the allotted time. Luckily I kept the pictures and transactions for everything. The case closed as soon as I put the pictures and proof up. He got mad and left negative feedback. Called CS and they took it off. They don't always side with the buyer but you gotta be persistent.

Just got off the phone with eBays Fraud Prevention line. Jimmy Wong got multiple flags on his account and are in the process of suspending his eBay account. Dude said I'm most likely going to win the case
