any sense in call the warehouse if I received two confirmation email with different order numbers for the same piece and got charged twice for it but now both charges seem to reversed?... no shipping confirmation email. I figured they would just cancel the double up but now I'm worried I struck out entirely

should have done that before the charges were reversed

perhaps, you could have told them the situation and that you didnt mean to order multiples and would like the other one cancelled
