Sock Dart

I know this question been ask few times and majority of the people mention TTS or go 1 size down.

I have rather wide feet, wearing US11 Air Force 1, US11 AM1, US12 AM95, and US12 Footscape Magista.

So should I go US11 for SD or US12?

Furthermore the normal SD and SD Tech Fleece, in terms of fitting stays the same?

What about ventilation?

I am from Asia thus wondering will Tech Fleece will too "warm" for the feet?

I have a little wider feet and the TF fits narrow. I'm usually a 8.5 or 9 fit and I got a size 8. Fits perfect for me but because of the strap, it really tighten on my mid-foot.

No issues with ventilation as I've been wearing with socks on fairly nice weather (high 60 c and low 70).

Hi, thanks for sharing.

With regards to the ventilation, you are mentioning tech fleece or normal SD?

The original mesh SD is much more ventilated and has a different feel in terms of the fit because they material is so stretchy

in comparison the Tech Fleece is not as ventilated and is for cooler climate (Spring, Fall, Winter) I wouldn't wear them in the summer. I would also not wear the original SD in the winter because of how breathable and thin the mesh is.

The fit in terms of sizing is about the same though, the tech fleece fits a little more snug at first but once you've worn them once or twice they stretch a little and form better to the foot. I would not say you need to size up or anything for the Tech Fleece compared to the mesh SD.

Hope this helps!

I had the black tech fleece model and honestly I was really disappointed. They looked odd on foot and just didn't feel as good as the orginal model. They literally looked like slippers. It's strange because tech fleece worked so well on Nike Prestos.

This certainly helps!

Thanks for the sharing, another question if were to compare SD and SD Tech Fleece in terms of how comfy they are, which one is the winner?

Furthermore you mention mesh SD is rather thin, it won't easily break/tear off isn't it?

I think I might go for the normal SD instead cause ventilation is my concern since I am from Asia and its 365 days summer T.T

I'd say theyre pretty equal in comfort but like someone said earlier the TF SD is a bit more snug cause of the material. And no it wont tear unless youre doing some crazy activities in your SD's

The Sock Darts just caught my eye. I am a huge fan of Prestos. Are they similar comfort wise?

Since i feel i have somewhat widefeet i think the sockdarts are more comfortble. And the materials are nice since it doesnt feel so constricting but thats just me and i went pretty true in sizing getting a small and im a true 9.

These are wavey. I just received the red joints I ordered. From first try on id say there comparable to the Ultra Boost comfort wise. I'm a TTS 9 but went with the 8 and they fit perfect . I can slide them on without un clipping the strap open/closed. I was told by a coworker that the fleece darts fit TTS. Anyone go TTS on the fleece darts?

We are in the same boat, true 9 but 8 fits perfect. I have the TF and i went with an 8 and they still fit good. Can probably get a 9 if you dont want it too snug cause of the material

I would say stick with the 11. Usually AM95 run a half size smaller or so and AF1 are cut bigger.

i wear an 8.5 in all Air Max and I went with an 8 in my Sock Darts and they fit perfect.

I believe if you go with a 12 it will be too big

Repped!! Copping atleast 2 pair!
Looks like there will be an option for a two-tone strap. I hope there is a nice selection of colors & you'll be able to modify a fair amount on the sneaker.

Nike just keeps dropping all these gems my wallet can't keep up
