These pics are horrible, but from what I can see they look like fakes. From what little of the swoosh I can see, it looks off, the color of the underlay on the tongue is wrong. Can't even see the box label cus the pic is so bad and he didn't even provide pics of the insole. If this guy wants big money for some shoes but won't even give you good quality pics then just keep looking.

As far as I can tell these are fakes, but just as an extra precaution can you add a pic of the inside of the strap?
