sup nt brethrens, I've come to terms that I have a social media addiction. whether its snapchat, facebook, instagram, or twitter or even tinder, yes, tinder...I feel that I have to shuffle between each app simultaneously through out the hours of the day and it's come to a point where I know I have to cut it off due to school and work. I just deleted the apps as a start, any other suggestions my alpha NT bros.

Go to the gym and work on your handles.
just left the gym 8) i have friends in real life btw  its just when I'm at home tend to be stuck on these apps when I know there could be more productive things I'm doing. I'll start today by bringing my textbook to work and on my down time reading it instead of resorting to my phone.

watch motivational videos on YouTube, hit the gym when you're bored, look up new recipes for stuff you've never made yourself or would like to perfect, delete social media apps off your phone (if it's that serious), download some books on kindle ap for your phone, take on new projects at work, find a new hobby that interests you

Always humorous to me when I see people glued to social networking. Instagram got people so hooked into looking at what OTHER people are doing, while they sit around doing NOTHING watching from the sidelines.

Get a life, b. Srs.

What made you addicted?
I honestly think boredom got the best of me. Sitting around on campus in between classes or having too much down time at work so I'll resort to lurking through instagram photos, reading through tweets, and etc.
