I believe SS buys used as well as new.  I'm not 100% sure but they always have a lot of pre-owned on their ebay site

Highly doubt he would get robbed at a police station.

Also you should put your whole collection on local FB group, Instagram, Twitter, or w/e, then sell the leftovers to Sole Supremacy to save time.
