They do it on running shoes all the time. Different type of use but I don't see it being a problem

I agree. The only thing that will keep 6 as the king IMO is CWs. If they do it right, they have a hit.

Yea the hyperdunks 2013 was my varsity team shoe. I literally had to get a new pair every 3weeks at least it was free

LeBron XII uses a similar Flywire setup. Never heard anybody complaing about it ripping.

Must not spend a lot of time looking at concept sketches. They're not supposed to be as detailed, but yes I can clearly tell that the produced pair follows almost exactly with the concept sketch.

Many times it works the other way around. The designers draw the "concept sketch" when the product (shoe, car, building or whatever) is finished. That way they look like true visionaries. NOBODY draws something so close to the released product. Period. I like the sketch, the guy can draw, but that's not an "early concept" sketch by any stretch of the imagination. IMHO, of course.

I truely hope the color description in the first post is wrong. I would rather have it be soar than solar cause a blue/dark blue/red/white shoe is more appealing to me than red esp with the crimsons dropping like 2 weeks later. Nike really needs to just put the configurator up for these already, I think with the right options these will be even better than they already are
