May have to grab the red Trey Five IIIs for some outdoor hoop this summer.  Durable traction + what looks to be a very comfortable upper and forefoot zoom in phylon.  I'm down.

I agree that it makes it look like it sits higher.  Something I actually did not want, I was liking that it looked to sit a little lower than the 7.  Anyway, could be the angle too.

I'm looking forward to adding these to the collection.. even more looking forward to getting them on court.

Can see a lot of potential with the knitted upper.. hopefully they don't waste it like they did on the Jordan XX9's by doing the same patterns over and over!

I like how the 8s look. i usually wear kd line for basketball but the 7 was too wide for me.
8 looks slim/narrow with unique mid/outsole.
has there been any info on the cushioning setup?

I like what I see between the cushion setup/outsole/woven upper -- gotta get them on feet before I know though.  Pretty much interested strictly for on court w/ these

The kd8 are buns, nothing can save them
