I feel the same way. Glad I got the Independence Day and snagged the V8s from the Sports Authority deal mentioned earlier in the thread. Will wait for suits to go on sale as those and the aunt pearls will likely be the only other ones I'm getting

I still cant believe how let down i was about the hunt hills. I still love them in the stock photos on nike and footlocker, but when I had them in hand, they were just sooo..ehh

I know what you mean they felt so lackluster in person like they were too pale almost... like the excitement and expectations I had from looking at pics was not matched at all when I finally had em in hand

Suits are definitely crispy tho. Didn't want to create false hype before the shoe released, but my store only got one size run in the suits opposed to the 3-4 size runs we got in USAs, V8s and Hunts Hill Sunrise joints. Wonder what the Hunts Hill Night numbers looking like

Stahp man. The colorways have been nice. Except the orange pair. I really dig the v8, suit and hunts hill nights.
Kinda crazy 5 cw's already dropped and the season hasnt even started yet. Do they even plan on releasing cw's throughout the whole season or what?
Almost makes me think there's gonna be a second version of this shoe when the season starts

Ever since they moved the KD launch up to June they always release a bunch of colorways before the season starts.  The VII had 8 cws drop before the season, the VI had 7.

while holding it in hand, rotate it to the front/side, right underneath the shoe opening, you'll see an emblem on the shoe which justifies it's $180 price tag

Maybe only the 7's got the upper hand on these 8's. But man every KD before the 7 was trash. EVERY.
