Bobby Shmurda to stay in jail after bail package withdrawn vol. The system

Sometimes it's about how the person's built. You got some that have it worse and instead push to get out with a smarter plan. You have kids homeless but busting their butts in school to make a better way.

Now, perception is, you are hard and tough for selling, robbing, etc. but then youre also weak for taking the easy route. Now i say "easy" because of the opportunity in that environment.

My brother sold drugs, came around with the latest J's. avirex leathers, etc. and I wanted that too, but wanted a future with it.

No, he doesn't understand that. Do I have to spell it out for you?
I'm not sure what's worse dudes like Bobby Shmurda or dudes like you who try to excuse their behavior. It doesn't "hurt my soul" seeing this fool get locked up.
When did flatbush "excuse" his behavior?

Did he say he doesn't deserve jailtime?

Flatbush is simply commenting on the mindset that led him to this position...

Get out of your bubble

Bobby got the OD fluid hips tho, fam. How can you despise a cat like this?

Do those hips look better then ewd? @rck3sactown @rck2sactown

I think it's safe to say that he didn't make it out, given the charges, no?

Definitely had a good shot at it, but street **** prevailed.
You're right; I should have said "after having the opportunity to make it out".

I don't mind his music at all, but I really think I despise this kid on a deep personal level, because he represents everything that I hated about my neighborhood growing up. I'm thankful that I had a wonderful family that shielded me from that BS and a circle of friends who were smart enough to stay away, but we went through some **** because of ***** *** ****** like Bobby Schmurda.

But at the same time, it just hurts my soul to see **** like this unfold because I know he's a product of his environment: "That's what got my daddy locked up in the dog pound". He literally doesn't understand that what he and his ilk endorse is toxic to the black community of Brooklyn, which is already eroding away due to unrestrained hipsterism and gentrification. It's also toxic to their perception of us, seeing these suburban wads doing the schmoney dance just makes me want to join the Nation of Islam or some ****

And there are many more kids who will end up just like him

He has to be half Spanish with hips like that. He's def danced salsa and/or bachata

I'd dance with him and see if he can really keep up

I swear, this is such a strange country/world. We are so saddened by lives lost prematurely, scream stop the violence, and supposedly tired of black on black crime, yet this dude starts shaking his hips about his boy that killed someone a week ago and it becomes a viral hit.

I understand that he grew up in a troubled environment, sadly, and the mentality was likely 'kill or be killed', but it's insane how infectious menacing behaviour can be.

I'm not even gonna lie,son can spit and the beat is hot, and after 3 crown and cokes,I've shmoney danced before, but honestly, his music doesn't sit well with me. It represents everthing that black America is trying to escape. It's crazy to me how we can celebrate such detrimental behavior. Theres a fine line between entertainment and bad influence, maybe even an indistinguishable grey area.

I definitely feel that it's the parents responsibility to teach kids right from wrong, but everyone doesn't have adequate parents. I listened to tons of explicit stuff growing up, but please believe I stayed out of trouble because I wasnt trying to experience the wrath of my mom if I did aomething stupid.

There's so much pain, envy amd hatred in the black community, other races probably don't understand it and thats why they frown on the music/culture. I used to understand it,maybe I'm outgrowing it now because it's beginning to seem counterproductive.

Life is probably a better place with him locked up. I dont feel bad at all. He deserved it if did it.
It's still crazy to me how blacks adore/abhor the N-word.

In the words of kanye "this life is too crazy to think logically.'

Facts, B
In all honesty, you and kingdomflatbush telling the truth.
It's one thing to rap about the past experiences, it's another thing to celebrate it.

And when you got white folks dancing and rapping along to it, it makes matters worse. They don't know the half

People hate rappers who rap about that life when they aren't. People hate rappers who rap about that life that are about it. No winning here for Mr. Shmurda

In reality, sucks that his environment turned him like this. Problem is that alot of things Black America wants to escape from are constantly used in entertainment to reel in $$$. Not only from whites, but any race.
