The Official Kobe X iD thread

Nike is PUSHING that pain graphic on everybody. Of all the things they could add for the base model of the 10, they choose the pain graphic lol

I tried these IDs.

I got some 9 flyknit IDs myself. I got my true to size of them. Size 11.5. I will consider my feet to be a bit wide. I made a mistake getting true to size. Yes they fit, but with my wide feet, the toe box is tight and prob after an hour of wearing the 9 IDs my toes can feel it. Definitely noticeable in the discomfort. I've tried to fight through it and wear it to break in, but maybe it just hasn't been enough, but it still feels the same as when they were new. So I firmly believe the 9 IDs it was definitely half size up unless you have narrow feet and really want it snug.

Why I bring that up, is because with these 10 flyknit IDs, they fit much better. I say this because I got a KILLER deal on a half size down (11) and they fit much better, although snug obviously, the toe box seems like its either a bit wider or stretches more? I wore it for a good 3 hours and I didn't feel discomfort to almost nearing pain lol like on my 9s, but just the feeling that they were snug. So I'm sure if they were my true size or half size up on that, it would be perfect.

Tried on the new orange Kobe X Elite Low today and it felt a lot narrower than the regular Kobe X. Too narrow for me to wear. Need more room in the toe box. Size 11 regular Kobe X fits ok, 11.5 fits a little better. I'd have needed a 12 in the Elite low (basically a full size up).

Tried on a Kobe X Elite high and the 12 was too roomy. Didn't try the 11.5 in that one or the 12 in the low, so hard to say how the low compares with the high.

That soles/midsoles really make the Kobe X looks really bad imo (I'm polite).

The "glue" around the midsole looks terrible. I just don't understand...

The IX elite was so much better, let alone there is no MC with the X... (so far)

Was looking forward to getting my first pair Monday, but looks like it spent a little too much time in Hong Kong, delivery day pushed back until Wednesday.
