How does the ID remake work? So when I get the new ones in I send the old ones back? What happens if I don't send them back? (Hypothetical) seems like a very flawed system to me

They have your payment info on file, they will charge you.

They could unless you delete that info off your account. I'm sure they can't just charge your PayPal or credit card info even if they did save it. It just seems a bit off to me

Of course they will charge you. Even if you delete your whole account, they will just go back to the original transaction and put it through again.

They don't refund your account unless you return both pairs. They just tell you to keep the original pair until the new ones arrive. No refund is ever given

Sorry I think you're misunderstanding. I'm not looking for a refund, I'm just confused why Nike allows us to keep the pair until the new one arrives. They say ship it back pretty much whenever. I'm just pondering what happens if you just don't ship the first pair back and keep it. I don't think they can just charge you even if they have or payment info on hand

Pretty sure by asking for the remake you're agreeing to the terms of them charging you if you don't return the original pair. Meaning they can charge you.
