any1 knows if you can change some options on your ID order after you have ordered it by contacting a nike rep ? 

I was able to add the tongue ID when I ordered the Mamba Moments via chat. I was on there real quick after ordering before I realized you could add the points and date. Not sure about big changes though.

I think he is saying people have created some, um, questionable builds and yes they can get their money back, but the option will be gone and you won't be able to be more, well, conservative.

I might be eating crow in 6 weeks but I think those with wolf grey medial selections will be regretting choice .

Or at least for me, a lot of the MC allure is rooted in the contrast against black or white. Grey? not so much

So tempted to order a pair but the midsoles really make it tough to execute with solid soles, ie clear midsole on white sole

I did all pairs with black medial and white midsole - 2 gum, one clear, one black translucent. I know from my MM I kind of regret the clear outsole though - looks good still, but eventually, piss.

One of the top two will probably go back, and maybe one of the bottom two as well.

Black medial side is horrible in person. Has Grey threads sticking out everywhere.

It's not a solid black.

like the HTM's sort of way? I thought dark grey medial + black swoosh would be best bet in that it would look the best and semi mimic the medial on the shark HTMs with the black/dark grey knit

Why?

The grey is the one that's the actual colour, then it's painted after that.

Now that I've ordered my pair I will make my soapbox/gripe post:



The opening nights have lateral and medial side the same color. Just the toe box is different. I still don't understand the disallowing of it for the MC ID. Regular ID you can get the same color both sides. Hell, the Drill Sergeants damn near have the same medial side just a lighter shade. The Arrowheads, same all around. nike

MC on both sides with a trickling into a black toe box would have been nice too.

At the absolute least they should have let us select white for the medial side

I have an asym pair with a black medial side and it is solid black. I also have a solid black upper but that has the grey threads.
