It is much better this year. I had it on my mc9s too and it looks way better on my 10s. Much thicker.
 
I am very curious to see the new pair in person. A lot of people going with purple accents, because the red/blue weave looks a little purple from a distance. In person, it might just be red/blue.

I feel like this flyknit is going to look much better in person, but damn, this past month and upcoming month are gonna kill me
 
This is why noone should worry about nike email updates. I got my starting email on nov 6th. Didnt get any updates until i got two emails this morning. The Finishing up email and Shipped email at the same time. Getting next Tuesday!

Looking at the video they posted of an actual sample shoe, looks like a good amount of purple threads in the weave, along with the red and blue.

Exact same pair I made. Liked the silver Swoosh I used on a pair so I use it since I had to return that pair because looks like the outsole is separating and I have the MC with white Swoosh. Being QS you don't wanna gamble it'll be up until you get your pair. Would order or cancel and remake so you don't regret it.

I was one of those that paid "only" $245. Maybe that's why.
