In general i think most ppl go red university red for the specks, and for the liner just depends how much you want the liner to pop or not. look at the images section to see what you like. i believe both options are in there to give you a better idea. I think both will turn out pretty decent.

Agreed. I made my chaos pair just like that. Crimson liner and speckles with volt GITD sole and purple medial, tongue and laces. Then I iD'd the tongue too.
I'm really glad I got all three different medials. I'll get a variety of FK weaves hopefully.
I would pick up a Rose Gold at a discount for ball but I don't really see myself wearing the highs at all casually.. main reason I got the MP9 and WTK9 chopped.. prolly gonna chop up another MP9 for back up.. Arrowhead I guess is too plain for some but for me it's a subtle but well executed.. very versatile and can wear with almost any outfit..
I personally have not seen the bright crimson lining but I will soon.. I've seen the univ Red lining in person is it's quite nice.. for my only attempt of the Chaos, I didn't use any speckles for a more subtle look I guess.. but if I was to put speckles, I would make it match with the lining so the whole shoes flows better.. for soles, I would def go with Volt GITD soles.. good luck with what you design.. there's a lot of pics in here that you can use as a guideline..

The weave would've looked so much better if they just mix both tones together
or better yet.. they should've offered a "full" multi weave..
this and DH28 pair is nice! as for the grey medial is more vibrant than the black medial, I think its all on how we look at the shoe. they shoe may seem darker because we see the black medial. like this pair by PeruWhite, it seems vibrant even if we don't see the medial side. I bet if he shows us that it is black medial, it will all of a sudden look darker and not vibrant.
You cannot deny the difference in the shade of MC weave when they are side by side. Its like they keep the volt weave to a minimum with the black midsole and black uppers.
