Thanks... Turned out exactly how I wanted it to in order to match the laces. Would have been pissed if predominant purple flyknit like some I've seen.

What's the consensus with you all who have the gum sole on the MC. From what I've been reading that it seems like mixed feelings.

I got my second pair last night and the solid black sole had some funky scuffs and weird marks and stains on them. I chatted with a rep and they told me to just send pics and they would send me a replacement pair, has anyone else experienced this?

they will remake a pair for you.. in the meantime, you can use the pair you have now and when the new pair comes in, you have to send in the used pair..

Have to admit I'm pretty underwhelmed by these compared to my ix's. Regret the volt swoosh and gitd volt sole.

I think the gum sole looks great. I have 2 with the gum. Looks way better than the one I got with the clear, still don't have my black translucent.
But, with 3 pairs in and having seen a lot of pictures I know if I could do it again I would go grey medial (since it's not painted), black liner/tongue/laces/swoosh, white midsole, black speckles, and gum sole.
Fortunately/unfortunately, I got to get it right with the MambaColor version.

After seeing the grey tongue/laces w grey medial, def wish I'd done that.
Got my chaos-esque lair in, the crimson speckles def look like pink in person. Not a big fan of that look.

my bro's pair have some glue stains at the part where the midsoles and outsoles meet. some parts of the outsoles are actually not fully glued.

I like how people are being more creative with the X elite ID's. With the 9's, it was the same exact multi-color design for 100+ pages. Here, we're seeing variations of it so maybe it was a good thing that Nike did asymmetrical multicolor.

I mean they're not horrific and likely would show up less if it wasn't black but for $250 it shouldn't happen. But at the same time I realize it's likely impossible to avoid.
