Better Call Saul Season Thread - Season Six - April 18th

I could be totally confused, but I think the look she gave him was before he told her everything he had been holding back from her.

The look was probably about her knowing that he was hiding information from her.

Loved the episode... great performance by Banks and liked seeing the backstory of Mike a little bit.

Just watched it.  Man, I had really high expectations for this show because of BB and it does not disappoint.  Really surprised it's on par with its predecessor, even if there will be some slow episodes it still that good.

He banged on the door, yelled at her about his son being a good cop, and left. He was chillin, thinking in his car and decided he was going to tell her the truth. That's when he went back into the house.

Give Banks ALL the emmy's! Dude is a DAMN good actor man. 10/10 episode. Gripping stuff. I thought mikes daughter in law had a good performance also. This is brutal having to wait a full week for the next show. Literally haven't been this pumped for a show since BB

Banks qualifying himself for an Emmy with his performance this episode especially the final scene.

Episode was so good! :pimp: :pimp:

even tho i'm not big on his character, dude is a solid actor. almost too good. it's almost like everyone else is acting, and they just plugged banks into the scene and he's behaving as if it's his actual life.

So then why was he just sitting outside her house? That got me confused a bit
I dunno. Maybe he just arrived and was thinking about life or his dead son or his granddaughter. Then she saw him, he saw her looking extra nervous and leaving so he said I guess I'll have to reschedule this visit and left. Then the Philly cops find him at his house.

Story isn't always linear either. Him getting that look from her outside her place, and the cops knocking on his door could have been two different periods.

I know I'm in the minority but this episode was just ok. :rolleyes

I get why you like it if your a Mike fan, but I'm more interested in Saul.

Just re-watched the episode. Couple things I noticed the second time around that I wasn't paying attention to

1. (I'm stupid) I didn't catch the reason why he broke into the cop car. Duh, he stashed his pistol in there. don't know why I didn't put that together at first haha

2. The ENTIRE episode is shaded and lighted in a blue tint, it's weird. Also every single character that has lines in the entire episode is wearing blue (except for Jimmy in his Matlock suit )

so she called three months ago, right after the cops got killed, to say what i dont know, but it took them three months to fly out and question mike?

mike got to see his granddaughter again until BB, so she forgave him for killing them/ lived with it?
