Better Call Saul Season Thread - Season Six - April 18th

Not a damn thing has happened. May as well have been a completely separate, boring show.
I don't know how I feel about this show and breaking bad is my all time favorite show. But, what has even happened so far? It's been 2 seasons and literally nothing big or interesting has happened in this series. I'm still going to keep watching but they are dragging this on with filler episode after filler episode. If I hadn't of seen breaking bad I probably would of jumped ship a long time ago. But the fact that I enjoyed that series so much, its making me stick around longer than I usually would. There are aspects of the show that are interesting but nothing is really moving toward anything... you could literally have picked this up from any episode and not missed a thing.
If you think nothing has happened in 2 seasons. Nothing interesting or entertaining, stop watching it.

These sort of complaints are just weird. Either yall forget easily or the show aint for you

Also if you're expecting something on the level of BB to happen you'll be let down.

Walter White is not walking through that door or knocking.

^I think he's going to use that tape to break Jimmy and Kim up. When Kim finds out about the falsified documents she's not gonna want anything to do with Jimmy imo.

That's what I thought - he can't use it in court but he can ruin his life.

I loved that episode - I like the slow burn of him slipping into Saul. It's how Anakin Skywalker's story should have been - you don't change like that overnight, its small changes after little things.

I'm thinking that this season he becomes Saul and the final season will be the aftermath of BB - a cameo would be great but off camera discussion would do it too.

The story of Mike is great too.

The beginning of this show with the twins and Tuco and the Kellermans case was awesome. And the parts with them showing the flashback of him and his friend hustling people at the bar. There really hasn't been that much going on since then in Jimmy's world. They've spent like a season and a half on Chuck. Each week Mike has been the only one that actually has any type of intriguing storyline going on at this point.

Might as well be called Better Call Mike at this point, his story arc has overtaken Saul's in terms of my interest

Basically...when you're on the third season of a show and the main character who the damn show is named after still hasn't truly taken off then you know there's a problem  like somebody else has said, there's been a whole **** ton of filler episodes...the whole last season I felt almost nothing actually important even happened. You literally could have watched the first season then started back with the first episode of this season and completely skipped over the second season and you really wouldn't have missed out on anything. They're dragging out the eventual final Jimmy-Chuck confrontation/turning into Saul waaaaay too long.

The Jimmy and Chuck storyline is the least interesting part of the show at this point.

I still love the show though.

Jimmy staring too hard like an idiot. Gus definitely saw.

Gus probably gave dude a signal not to make the drop.

Next episode should be legit. At least we got some action in this one.

Chuck with the chess move, Sheesh. It knew Ernesto couldn't hold water.

Son

What is the New Mexico legal system like that destroying a tape is a serious offense that can go to trial? What are the charges? B&E? Destroying property? Can't really be theft.

Chuck made all of that seem too easy. Jimmy's anger got him making the dumbest moves.

I have a meeting at 8:30 am, and I hardly ever get to work before 9.

Should I get blazed and watch BCS tonight?

Or be responsible and wait for the weekend?

As soon as the complainers accept the fact that the show is titled Better Call Saul and not Breaking Bad,

Yeah i don't think this sticks. We don't even know if that's the actual tape in question.
