how can I restore these bred 13s 04' ?!

View media item 1392601I just bought these bred 13s from 04' and theyre not the beat but the suede is really messed up. It has like little hairs sticking out , and I tried taking them off with a razor but it didn't work. What can I do to fix it ? Also there's a little bit of sole separation , do I just glue it back , and what type of glue ?. And last thing is , right shoe's leather is peeling of , can I just go over it with Angelus flat black?
