Kixify seller Roccoam77

What's good kinfolk..I was on Kixify and ran across the above named seller and wanted to know if anybody has ever dealt/heard anything with him before...he has full size runs and a couple of styles and cw's that I am interested in...he has 90+% fb but also has some negs where customers states they never got shoes or dude doesn't respond to emails...he also states that shoes come with original authorized retail receipt...he uses stock photos of shoes and says shoes ship from various locations...he is also a verified seller

If anybody could could throw a brotha a assist I would appreciate it...

Do not purchase! I placed an order for a shoe, payment went through but got a message from him saying shoe wasn't in stock. When I asked why was I able to order and if he could give me a refund. No returned answer. Had to file a complaint with kixify and PayPal. Kixify rep sent me an email saying his account was going to be banned and removed from the marketplace for behavior they don't condone.

I should have paid attention to the negative feedback but he had so many good comments I thought it would be legit.

Word that's what got me cause his FB high but after reading buyers comments saying they didn't get shoes or he doesn't respond to messages I figured I would see if any NT kinfolk had dealt with him....funny thing is after the negs people are still giving him good FB saying they got shoes and everything was good...so I guess it's like a 50/50 shot dealing with him....the whole full size run and recipt thing got me too....
 
To give you an update. Since I reached out to this persons Instagram page and reported him again on kixify he sent me a message and is processing my refund through PayPal.

I hate this transaction has been so messy. I only saw Thai post through a Google search of thei name and this is why I logged in to see if they had done this to others. I have learned my lesson with this transaction for sure!
 
Word...let me know how long it takes...I sent him a few messages and he replied quick...I asked him where the shoes ship from and he told me the ones I wanted were in the US....I'm going to keep sending messages and askinh him questions to feel him and his biz out....
 
The refund is showing processed since I used PayPal so PayPal will send it to my account within the next 7 days.
He wrote me back and said it was miscommunication but it was more of a lack of communication and I shouldn't have had to escalate this issue with other sources.i feel hurt about the entire situation because all I wanted as the shoes and I feel like they tried to make seem like a harasser or foolish at the end of it all.
Either way I get to get my money back but still have no shoes:-(
Good luck with your transaction. As you saw the feedback for yourself please don't let my one feedback comment rice your decision to buy from them.
I'm not in the business of trying to hurt anyone's intake of income.

Seller roccoam77 refunded me my money and was very nice about it. Should be good to order from. Still heartbroken I can't find those sneakers anywhere.
 
What about this seller vitalekicks on Kixify? i just bought a pair of Infrared 6s from this guy. He is a verified seller so ... please give me some advise.
 
Hey guys, verified sellers on Kixify are all individually checked by Kixify staff. I'm a manager at Kixify and can tell you this as fact. Some sellers, like Roccoam77 can sometimes be slow in shipment due to extremely high volume of orders. While Rocco has received some negative feedback, a majority of their transactions are positive and smooth. Remember: all transactions are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection which will help you get your money back if the seller is unresponsive to refund attempts.
 
This is a terrible seller... Dont waste your time! I bought shoes from him... heard nothing for a week.. sent a message asking for tracking since this was going to be a birthday present I needed to be sure.. another 5 days - nothing! So i sent another message... then another... then another... and after 3 weeks.. I opened up a dispute with Paypal!!! HORRIBLE customer service.. Almost everyone has the same store - He never replys to anything and the average waiting time is about 4 weeks + 

Thats just crazy! Its now been over 5 weeks.... and still NOTHING!

Look, this is not the norm for him. Some of his orders may get delayed but this occurs in fewer than 1% of orders. His feedback rating is based on the people who took the time to leave feedback. Even then, it's still 93% satisfaction. He has thousands of other orders that no one left feedback for that went smoothly.

Which I think is a huge flaw in the system because god know how many people he has never replyed to.. who never got their order and want to leave a bad feedback?! Why should i not be allowed to say what I think after waiting 5 weeks for a birthday present for my brother that was 4 weeks after i ordered... I could have bought the shoes from another seller at that time and had something to give him... instead i had nothing! As well as the shoes i ordered are quite popular and now... they seem to be sold out everywhere.. so I feel I am allowed to be pissed off!!! You're obviously allowed to be mad, that would upset anyone. The fact of the matter is that although this seller is slow, he is totally legit. People in here saying he's a scam artist don't know the definition of a scam artist. He usually ships most orders within a week. The few he cannot source, he will cancel the order and refund all the money once he finds out he cannot get the shoe you are requesting. This might happen for a variety of reasons like overselling across platforms, etc. Also, I don't agree with you on the feedback remark. If you could leave feedback after a canceled transaction, how many of those feedbacks would be legitimate? And what purpose would they serve? Do you know of any other major online marketplace that allows feedback to be left AFTER a canceled order? Not one. We designed the feedback system this way for a reason. It prevents misuse of the system (in more ways than just protecting the seller). Imagine a seller that creates a new account and wants to immediately have good feedback so they cheat the system, make a second account, buy some item, cancel the order, and leave positive feedback for themselves. In either case, feedback after a canceled sale is bad for everyone.

friend messaged me that this roccoam guy had tan 350 boost for 675 on kixify. i did what i usually do and googled their user name. This niketalk thread was one of the results from google so decided to post that he seems suspect for anyone in the future.

We're currently looking into that post. Will be having him send us a pair for LC'ing. All his other products have been checked out and verified legit so again, no worries in regards to this seller.

I cannot verify this as Kixify is just the marketplace where sellers list their stock of shoes. We have the same tools you do to check the stock of a seller (what's listed on the site). If you don't see it, just contact the seller directly and they will assist you.
