Brands vs. Personal Style

If you wear supreme it's completely an insecurity issue

I was talking to my little cousin who is in high school.  They made a clique, called themselves Jaysians because they're asian and wear jays.  I wanted to smack the **** out of her and the whole crew.

Just another one of the moments in time you look back and realize how stupid you look and sound.

kids showing their age saying you cant wear adidas jerseys with nike shoes

back in the day everyone and they grandmothers were rocking reebok vick jerseys with their olympic 7s

I like to wear neutral color clothes (white or black) and loud, bright colored shoes.

Oh, and I don't own any blue jeans. All of my jeans are either black or grey. However, I do wear khakis a lot, as well.

I wear 1-3 colors.

Typically categorized as

casual combos:

Hot style - black / red / white  (basically 90% of Jordan brand)

Cool style - blue / grey / yellow

Preppy style - khaki / navy / pastels

Earthy style - Olive / brown / beige

Business Style - Neutrals, basic suit colors, darker shades like maroon, navy, purple

Johnny Cash - All black everything

OVO Style - black and shiny gold

I dont really pay to much attention to items as much as color schemes, and I only get compliments about matching as much as you'd want. Try not to be over stated in any one color. sometimes it's unavoidable (eg. wearing a grape/aqua or Raging Bull type color way)

I don't match for **** man unless it's for work or a formal event, I'm grown. Brands? I don't care about brands. I'm broke, baby! I ain't got no money! White tee, hoody, and jeans. Still wear loud *** shoes like I'm 18 though, that's just me.

If I'm wearing a LeBron jersey I'm wearing lebrons, doesn't matter if the jersey is adidas or not idc idc idc

Dudes talking about "I can't mix athletic brands" are the same dudes taking selfies of their head to toe neon nike fits at the gym instead of working out. No one with a brain cares; it should only matter if you're endorsed by one of those brands, which applies to no one on NT

I don't own any Adidas or Reebok, though. All of my athletic gear are either Nike or JB.

What's wrong with wearing Nike and Adidas together??

Depends on the situation.

Working out/hoopin/lounging = no rules

Jackets dont count.

Now, if you're "stepping out", first of all. you shouldn't have on any athletic brands on at all.

In the case you do, if you got on a Nike shirt and some shell toes, yea thats kinda tacky.
