Scammer in Silver Spring, MD - help?

A buyer in MD scammed a pair of OG Carbon Fiber Flightposites recently. The scam was typical: the buyer filed a claim, I refunded the money, and they didn't send the shoes back. They've deleted their PayPal email address and I have their complete contact information. What do you local guys recommend I do to resolve this matter?
 
damn bro u never refund someone, u let paypl step in and require them to send it back.

anyways if dmv squad is down to ring his doorbell, im in lol

Did you send the refund through paypal's resolution process as a response to the claim?  If so, paypal will see this and may be able to reverse the payment, or file a charge back to the buyers account.

If you sent the refund as a separate transaction, I would contact them and see what can be done.

Since you have the buyer's info (assuming it's legit) contact their local Police Department and file a report.
 
Update!

Thanks for the replies fellas. I contacted PayPal again yesterday and they've escalated the claim. They're trying to contact the buyer directly and I've asked Kixify to also try on my behalf. PayPal mentioned getting police to help, but I'm hoping they'll chargeback the buyer's account first. I'm trying to sell off my collection...not go through this.
