I have two different accounts on two different devices for a family member and myself.

I Keep getting a message to enter your mobile number to get a text message so you can enter a code to continue using the app
I did it before during the day and everything worked out fine but I just tried to get on the app about a half an hour ago and I can’t seem to sign on both accounts and I’m not getting the texts message sent to my phone for both accounts
has anybody had this problem before or currently

I got that last night. I did it several times and it kept coming back. I closed app and re-opened and it went away.
 
160jordansdeep 160jordansdeep others are having a similar issue - saw it on discord/twitter earlier today. I haven’t seen a resolution of it yet.

Do you use same number on both devices? If so, you'd need to change it on one of them. At least, that's my case.

I got that last night. I did it several times and it kept coming back. I closed app and re-opened and it went away.

I did the same thing but it didn’t go away

I called the Nike office in Beaverton Oregon and all I did was get the runaround someone looked into it further said I made too many requests which I didnt make
I guess I’m just gonna have to make up another account which I did
 
my app is always acting up. i delete and re-upload. it goes back and forth between the og lay out and the new lay out. also, on release days, the "today's release" banner no longer appears at the top of the home screen. some times, when i click on the notify me button, it un selects itself. i've tried logging out and back in as well and sometimes the errors correct and most of the times, they do not. kinda sucks.

Yeah, who knows. I've also read that any change in the address makes it unique. Changing a street name to add a space, change # to Unit, etc. I'd at least try to change the name if it's going to the same address, by either a spelling change, or your spouse or kid.
 
Fix for what? I mean the whole app is glitchy on release day and shock drops, and is generally slow to refresh upon launching.

For many Android users, it goes from "coming soon" directly to "sold out." You have to log out and then back in to get the button to buy.
 
I always figured that was from the bots eating. I never tried logging back in when I saw that. By the time you do, it'll be sold out anyway. If that's a bug they're fixing; great!
