Kobe X ASG discussion

My son is definitely wanting to cop a pair of Kobe X.  He wishes there was a high top version released now, but doesn't want to wait for it.  He wasn't a big fan of the 5AM colorway, but likes the ASG.

I see these are listed as limited with a higher retail price of $200.  Anyone know if these will be hard to cop?  I have not seen any hype that would make me think these are a "camp out" shoe.  Also, think the $200 price tag for fairly basic low top shoe will deter a lot of buyers.

What are everyone's thoughts?
