I swear I've seen every scene in First Blood and Silence of Da Lambs, but it's taken my whole life.

Never have seen either from start to finish.

I've just pieced 10-20 minute segments at a time throughout the years.

I agree, i love it too. In total i have probably seen it a few dozen times.  Its just always on TV and whenever i see it in the guide ill throw it on, if i start from the beginning i usually dont finish it for whatever reason or ill start in the middle and finish it or ill just turn it on if i have a half hour to kill.  But, i dont think ive ever sat down and made it through the whole movie, not because i didnt like it just because it didnt end up working out that way.

Forrest Gump and Stars Wars episodes 5 and 6. I've never watched them in one run but I've seen every part so many times it doesn't matter.
 
The Thomas Crown Affair. The GOAT "Movie I've Seen 100x but not in Full" ... it's probably more than that.
