I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous. https://twitter.com/byjayking/status/612852487830302720 …

Don't get me wrong, I think Porzingis can be really good. But saying anyone is a combination of Durant, Nowitzki & Kirilenko is insane.

It's especially not fair to the player, because no one can live up to those expectations. Hell, Anthony Davis isn't that and he's incredible

Will they be content with Rubio? Who would you choose to pair with Wiggins/Towns?

honestly.. IF it were me, I would see what I could get for him.. also would try to unload anyone not named wiggins and towns (and I guess lavine.. unless I could get a decent offer)

The Porzingis hype has just gotten out of control is the the problem. Chad Fords out here calling him the next Dirk and talking about first overall pick just angering folk. Three weeks ago we were all at a happy medium, he's a lottery pick and could max out a 3-4 then Chad Ford got bored and starting hammering away at the keyboard

From an offensive standpoint. Okafor would be a nice fit for TWolves, if they could find someone to take Pekovic.

Have Rubio & Wiggins good defenders on the perimeter. Just need to find the right guy to put next to Okafor defensively at the 4. Or get a Defensive Minded Backup.

Also Rubio is a great distributor, and have a nice high / option in Wiggins & Okafor.

But Towns is more well rounded as a player, and has so much upside that it is the right choice at # 1. Add onto Wiggins potential it's just too damn much to pass on him.

Putting those kind of expectations on a 19yo kid is gonna ruin him.. he'll never be able to live up that cmon ford you better than that.

Thoughts on Jarell Martin and Delon Wright? I think the Grizz are pretty high on both guys. I'm sure a team drafting Martin would hope for him to be a mix between a poor man's Draymond and Paul Millsap just in term's of size and versastility. Coming to Memphis could make Martin much more willing to defender, which could definitely boosts his value as a versatile forwrad. I realize he's a poor rebounder as well, which is something MIllsap dominated in CBB. All in all, I think he ends up being more Jared Dudley (more athletic) than anything as I expect him to improve his jumper.

Delon Wright is who I'm really intrigued by. Would make the perfect complement to Conley in spurts and he brings the best of both worlds (Beno and Calathes) in terms of being a good defender and scoring guard.

It's alright if Porzingis doesn't really ever pan out

Chad Fraud will simply go back & retroactively edit his draft board.
