The 2015 NBA Draft Thread: Draft Day Is Here

The concerns about Noah were on film last year, poor feel mechanical footwork these are things that are tough to teach.

I really don't think the hornets got fleeced like some have said.

And I'd happily take him on the thunder tomorrow night
Exactly. Perfect fit

If he goes to Charlotte or some similar caliber team he'll be in a tough spot

Hope he goes to OKC or Utah

Please dear lord baby Jesus let Jordan somehow believe lamb is the answer now that he is back with kemba.. Hopefully he watched them win the national title that year

Supposedly lamb almost ended up there before the trade deadline.. The trade was so far along Charlotte was making highlight videos, supposedly (getting this off Twitter from a thunder beat writer)

I feel like Portland got the short end of it slightly. It seemed like the first move of the "We know LaMarcus is Gone" white flag

More I watch of Towns' tape, his post/back to the basket game reminds me a lot of Andrew Bynum

With his quickness and agility it's just a freaking scary combo on offense

Why u guys made at the Hornets tho? Ya had that much faith in Vonleh?

Bruh we had him for half a year. Who knows what the hell he could've been. Didn't give the kid time to develop anything.

Told Charlotte had concerns about Noah Vonleh's acclimation to NBA. Had difficulties picking up on plays. Questions about his feel for game.

If that's how they felt, might as well sell high while you can. As long as Batum is healthy, he'll be a good fit on the wing over MKG.

Just gotta make sure you guys make a good pick 2moro, that's the part that worries me

figured that's what it was......Vonleh looked terrible in summer league, d league, and his rare mins in the nba

All I know is when I was in uptown Charlotte last year I ran into Noah Vonleh while we were leaving a club at 2 in the morning and he told me his name was Trayvon.

I really don't understand the obsession on Okafors supposed poor defense, he'll never be the Defensive Player of the Year but he'll a functionally and his offensive production will outweigh what he gives up. His post game is elite.

I see a consistent 20 ppg scorer

You can't win in today's NBA with a low post scorer. You just can't do it. Paradigm shift.

Montrezl is one of the safest picks in this draft if he goes to an offense that can utilize his strengths

I guess he's a safe pick because you shouldn't expect that much out of him. He's a workhorse but that's pretty much it. Not that workhorses can't be valuable

He can be SIMILIAR to what Faried is imo. Knockdown the 15 fter, high motor, runs the floor, Attacks the boards. he'll land in a good situation and help a team. There's always minutes for guys like him

I like Trez a lot but it definitely all comes down to the situation he's drafted in.

I see his ceiling as Faried with better rim protection, which would be fine considering where he'll be drafted.

Edit: ^^^^^^
