The 2015 NBA Draft Thread: Draft Day Is Here

Many of these mocks are just put up to be different and get some discussion going. There is no way Kaminsky gets drafted before WCS.

stanley johnson 12th, dekker 10th, lol wut. it's not hard to put together a reasonable mock draft. i did it a couple of pages ago. either these guys dont watch college ball and dont know who these prospects are, or hteyre just terrible at their job.

i really think Zinger goes to the Kings at 6. higher ceiling than Kaminsky, fills a need, can play next to Boogie.

someone earlier in here said it, but some mocks are so outlandish to generate discussion.

Without a doubt, I don't pay any attention.

Really hope Mario goes to Detroit, they got a nice little core there and cap space to make moves.

Not sold on Oubre at all and I really liked him coming in from HS

Can't get create of the dribble and is a mediocre shooter.

Dudes body was made for basketball but he's a couple years away from being a + guy to me.

I don't like him either. Kid won't be ready for 2 years. But the Hornets do need a young guard with potential. Ideal pick is Mario if he's there.

I like Booker for the Jazz. They need another shooter and he can slot into that role. Might create a little logjam at the 2 but I rather take a shot on him than Dekker.

Yikes...U think he'll do that?
Year 1 was

What exactly was he suppose to do in Year 1? Realistically speaking. This summer is his true test, if Knicks strike out BIG this summer, complete failure.
Not give away three rotation key players and just have Calderon, Alphabet's younger brother, a 24 year old rookie and a second rounder to show for it.

Edit:

And Lance Thomas.
older brother*

But yeah, your point still stands. Unacceptable and he shouldn't get a pass on that just because he's Phil, it was his 1st year, they needed to get rid of JR/Shump anyway, etc.

I think don't think Phil's heart is into fixing the Knicks. They were so desperate for a savior they threw him a brinks truck and it was too good to turn down.

I can see Oubre sliding on draft night and ending up on a playoff team

I feel like that's what he needs, 4th option Harrison Barnes type role or come off the bench where he could just focus on defending and hitting open 3's which will probably be his bread and butter in the league.

Oubre is such a Jordan pick.

And that's not a good thing in the slightest. :x

Oubre has all the measurables but he just ain't there yet. Then again they aren't going anywhere till they fire Clifford anyway. :\

Clifford should be a defensive assistant, that offense he had them running.

But man was that an exciting squad when Mo Gotti first got there, made a lot of money off them.
