Looks like its a Graphic Design company and they're just using controversy to gain attention.

This. I read an article about this stir that was written a few hours ago that detailed the exchange between seasalt and individuals on Twitter. It seems like a ploy to get people talking. The naming wasn't accidental... Neither was their lack of showing a person being hung. They know what they were doing, but attempted to cover their bases. The fact that it doesn't depict a black person being hung protects them from definitively being labeled as racist. Take note to their willingness to resort to legal action against slanderous claims. Essentially they'll argue that the photo is open to interpretation, and claim that their brand was falsely accused and slandered. All the while, the attention generated will indelibly create new clientele for the company... Which will probably change the name at a later date. :lol:
