You are now acting CEO of Jordan Brand

maybe open a factory here in America to help with the unemployment problem we have, heck Detroit has enough factories doing nothing that im sure you could grab one for a steal

so basically pay US workers a lot more than Asian workers to do lesser work? oh yeah, you know you're fired.

Increase production of most Jordan releases by 100%. Keep hype-y shoes limited. Randomly make a couple of shoes limited too so resellers hope they might be sitting on the next lotto ticket...

I would keep holding out on Nike air and OG molds till people lose interest then spring it on em. Keep singing NBA plays to stay relevant in sports. Raise the price every few years with better materials *wink wink*. I would also laugh my *** all the way to the bank! :D

Absolutely nothing.

Costs are down, prices are up, profits are through the roof. The delicate balance between supply and demand has been achieved.

if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
This. Also, possibly more collabs (but not as many as Reebok does with the Insta Pump Fury. Damn, they ran that shoe into the ground).

LOL @ this thread. I will continue business as usual and look at profit margins.  Continue to market Jordans and NEVER, EVER put out a legit RETROs, so that sheeple will continue pray and crave for something they'll never get.  I'll proally get MJ to promote a couple of retros and continue to put trolls around the sneaker community to hype up shoes.  I will continue to squeeze out the 2ndary resell market and fly in the G6.

Im not saying close all overseas factories cuz that would be stupid but you also have to connect with america a little more as an american based company. There are many many people who only do business with american made products and opening an american factory might break even production wise but you also revive a city by providing jobs for americans and saying that all americans are lazy is pretty small minded because there are no 100% stereotypes out there.

U want premium leather made in Italy a gr at 150? Slap yourself. Get ya bread up.
slap yourself. 150 is fair. the MOST a premium made in Italy 2 should be is about 200 when adjusted for inflation, if you want to use that logic. if you think 300 you are just another sucker in this game falling for the prompt increase in the price of shoes SOLELY due to the amount of new popularity.

decrease retro pairs in the market by 40%, bring the average retro price to $200.

And bring back true quick strikes.... random runs of 5,000 pairs of a retro to hit the market on a wed morning etc.... I would remove Jordan retro from being sold online, in store sales only.

But then again, thats why im not the CEO of Brand Jordan.

site where u can design colorways like nikeid, but cant buy them. Also able to share with others on site and people can vote on them

staggered preorders

section on the site where people could ask for colorways/styles to be retroed and people can upvote it

SOME american factories

basic name color palette (no freakin "light green atomic gamma" or stuff like that)

get rid of the "store kicks" as someone said earlier

retro cards

start selling shoe rack organizers

sell custom boxes (so if u buy the space jams u can also buy a premium box with the sj logo on it or something like that)

make 11s, dbs, collabos, etc more widely available

more profits donated to charities

buyback program

replace drake with eminem

No retroes for a year or two. Retire The brand only to bring it back like it's namesake. This time with better quality and fair prices.

This responses in this thread (for the most part) are the reason why we're not the CEO of JB lol.

Personally, I'd get better designers especially with this whole "I am not Michael. I am Jordan" thing they had going on during AS weekend. I mean I get that signature shoes of other Jordan athletes only make up a small portion of profit, but at least back up the comfort/updated tech in a new shoe with a good looking design.

I get Michael himself isn't playing anymore, but at least protect the brand's legacy by not putting crappy designs (both models and color ways) out there for sale.

Thing is, those crappy designs (as you called them) are  selling.  They're an alternative for the Individuals who fall into that price range.  They may NOT be as popular and have their own thread on NikeTalk such as models 1-14, but if you pay close attention,  they're everywhere.  The brand knows' some times all it takes is the "Jumpman logo" and/or the name "Jordan" to move their products.  Lower income parents and adults not hip to the OG models, often  purchase these based on price and availability. Those so-called crappy models are playing a pivital role in generating JB's 3billion+ profit.  You don't have to be a CEO to see that.

Find the next Tinker because all these other designers for new sigs/ideas are awful.

No reason Melo and Paul sigs should look as bad as they do.

You want me to give you a business perspective or collectors :nerd: ....completely opposite sides of the spectrum

I was referring more to signature lines with Jordan.. not so much a generic team Jordan shoe. I just think Melo and CP3 should have better looking shoes is all. I guess you sacrifice a good signature shoe with Jordan just to make sure you get every retro lol... only plus side I see with signing with JB.
