Could Nike AIR PRESSURE be returning for 2015 via NIKE SNKRS APP?

Only 2 days till mine arrive. Seeing bow nice these are, I'm getting more & more eager to get these on feet & take a few pics!

Got mine in yesterday, have been wayyyyy to sick to even open the box. First time I even checked my phone since yesterday anyway.

3 more days for me smh i always have the worst luck with shipping.

the longest days are the ones when you are expecting a much anticipated pair of kicks to come in the mail. mine should get here tomorrow.

well thats my point, people are already getting their pairs and i STILL have 3 days. of course the weekend plays a role overtime too.

Alright. Shoes arrived so I think it's time for an honest review:

In terms of style there is not doubt about it, they look sick. But I've got something to say about quality and size.

In my opinion these shoes are not TTS. I'm always struggling between US 9 and 9,5, I'd love to have a size in between them but in this case these are almost a 10. Just to make some comparison I have a pair of Nike Air Cruz size US 9 and I had to stretch them quite a lot in order to fit comfortably (couldn't return them, bought from private for a very cheap price), a pair of Nike Lunar Force Sneakerboot size US 9,5 and there is some room, I have a pair of Nike Air Revolution size US 9 and they fit perfectly, Hyperdunk 2015 US 9 and they are super tight, Tennis Court US 9 and they are perfect, Jordan VI US 9,5 a bit of room. These Nike Pressure are definitely the roomiest I own.

Quality: the leather is ok, compared to the Air Cruz or newer models around tho there is no game. It looks and feels more like an upgraded version of some 80s leather shoes but to me not as good as recent standards. In my case, as you can see from the pictures, the right one looks a bit ****** up and there is some glue coming out from the midsole. I know this can happen but I cannot really accept this from a £245 pair of shoes. Ah btw, they are not really confortable. The inside sole is quite flat so I wouldn't probably wear them for a long walk.

I will try to return them and get a size US 9 if they are still available cause I really like the style, the box and the history behind them but yeah, I was expecting a bit more.

Style 10/10, Quality 6/10, Comfort 7/10

This is what I mean with not TTS. Both are US 9,5

Quick update: I'm returning the shoes and Nike just gave me a 20% discount on a size 9 so the happy ending is that I've saved £50.

Thanks for the thoughts. So you got the 9.5 and they're too roomy for you? I am an 8 in Reeboks, Wade's and some Nike's (LeBron, Jordan...). But with the Command Force I went up to 8.5 to eliminate those pinky toe feels (right foot slightly wider than left). Some Bron's were 8.5 too (9-11). Based on your comments I think my true 8 would work if I'm reading you correctly.

As for the leather, I have a few of the same inconsistencies on my Shaq Attaq OG retro. Very very soft and nice leather but lends itself to those quirks. Some streamlining would be nice though since both your toe boxes are different.

Have you tried the pump yet? Curious as to where the air bag is.

I really hate the whole sizing inconsistency. Had to sell my Air Command Forces and buy a new pair because those were running small and I don't feel like doing that again with these... if you depend on online-shopping you're fu**ed.

I had the same feeling when I've tried the Command Force but i can definitively say (in my case) that the Pressure have more room.

You are totally right regarding the leather, it does feel like those old school basketball sneakers from the early 90s. Very thin and soft. I could expect something like that as they replicate the original OG (also, the laces are very long, same as the original) but I was quite upset about the glue coming out from the midsole.

I've tried the pump before returning them, it wraps the ankle in a very nice way on the back and sides too although after few minutes walking it starts to lose consistency.

I cannot compare them with Reeboks as last time I had a pair was probably 20 years ago :D . If I was you I would go for a size 8 and if they are too small return them and buy 8.5 or buy both and then return the one you don't feel comfortable with.

Yes it sucks but what I realise is that most of the time the retro releases always wear a bit larger than the most recent ones. Online shopping with Nike has his pro and cons. In my case I could try the shoes outside, return them, buy another pair half size down because they were still available and get a 20% discount if the one you received have also some problem with leather/glue (it wasn't the first time for me...you just need to ask politely) . I don't think you can do the same when you buy in store.
Obviously with super limited shoes it can be a problem to find another size.

Ordered My Pair

It Seems like the Nike Store was the ONLY place that released them, Already Resellers are on eBay, Great "OG" Start for Nike in 2016!

Hope Nike Thinks of releasing the Air Force 180 PUMP Soon!

Nike europe has sold out of anything above an 8.

Nike Us has sold out of everything above US 11

Nike Asia sold out

DSM has few sizes left.

Not much moving on eBay if you look at completed listings.

Will be very interesting to see what happens to these- wider release? Discount? Neither?

The Command Forces were pretty hard to break in. Squeezed and shredded my pinky toe for quite a while, I had a 10.5 instead of 11 which is my actual size so maybe that played a role too. But they are my everyday shoes now and are quite comfortable.

I wouldn't mind doing it again for the Pressures since they have softer leather which should make flexibility a little more pleasant.

Received my pair today. IMO the quality is great. Very soft leather on the toe box. Pump works. Everything seems as close to how the originals must have been as I can imagine. Sizing feels pretty true to me. Much nicer than the Command Forces. If you can afford the $300 and remember these from your childhood like I do, I highly recommend them.

No other place but Nike Store online had these, This probably my first time ordering from Nike Store,
Say, To Anyone who got their pair, What Mail Carrier did they arrived with? Thanks :D

mine came about 10 minutes ago, via UPS.

Passed on release day but been lurking and checking Instagram #airpressure daily.

These have really grown on me and ordered a pair. They look better on feet than I would have thought.

Probably one of the more original special releases that will happen this year so why not just Do it.

Honesty, a $300 price tag is Worth It in my book, The "OG" Case/packaging seems Great itself, Can't wait to get my Pair, I Plan to Hoop at the Gym in my pair to See if I notice anything with the performance of the Shoe.  Let's Just hope the $300 wasn't just for the Case

Exactly the issue I had with those. Cannot stand the consistencies either. I bought Maroon OG VIs in a size 13 and 14. Size 14 was a bit too floppy and size 13 felt tight. Seeing that 13.5 was gone, I'm left with neither. Wondering now if I go 13 or 14 on these.
