Just tell them the truth man. You were playing Diablo 3 at that time. Show them the list of legendary drops you got during that time they accuse you of doing the shooting and you'll be good. I'll back you up since we were probably rifting together. :lol:

In all seriousness though, get that actual evidence to clear you.

You know the cops can lie to you so you can **** up and tell on yourself right?

If what they said was true they would've arrested you on the spot and came through with a search warrant for your home. That's enough probable cause if you go by what they say.

They come around again, just say "Lawyer" and don't let them in. kill them.
