I hope they don't cut corners like they did with the Black Infrared 6s and have two different nubucks. Did anyone else noticed that the Infrareds had smooth nubuck as well as a less smooth nubuck on the upper?

Honestly I think they had nubuck AND durabuck, though I'm sure some people will say otherwise. I don't know why though. *shrugs*

Anyway I'm on these chromes! But damn JB has no chill with all these 'must have' releases for 2015 :smh:
 
Still don't know why JB would drop any VIII's this year but can't be mad at chrome VIII's releasing. :pimp:

3 peat 8s pack? Cuz we already got the PHX 8s and we dont need another rendition of those.

YOT7s and we get Lakers 8s over a potiental Lakers 7s?

Chrome 8's one of my grails, I'm in for two pairs
 
yawn. i had chrome 8s in '03 and they look nice, but kinda boring imo. me personally, more interested in the laney 14 lows.
 
chrome 8s and aqua 8s all in the same year??? man thats all i ever needed in terms of 8s. 
 
well f***. I said im not copping at these prices but it will be hard to pass on these. ill probably be here on RD looking for multiple cashbacks

I'd take the 8s over the 7s every time. those 8s have always been amazing to me, the 7s are just meh

I was thinking the same. Kobe type 8's...white version or an all purple version of lakers and suns.....white or all red version of blazers???
 
Lakers 8s would be nice, but I wouldn't expect Kobe's version to be released. Not really high on chrome 8's. They always seemed bland to me.
