Size 9.5. I'm not sure about "compensation." I already told the Nike rep that my size was sold out on their store and every other major retailer, so I'm essentially screwed now unless someplace restocks, she didn't seem overly concerned about it, and said a refund would be issued if the product was no longer available. I've gotten codes in similar situations, once they come back to me with the result I'll push the issue for sure.

I hear what you are saying, but Nike told me that in situations like this whole pallets of shoes are handed off to UPS before they are scanned by UPS so it may have never even made it to UPS. I'm not sure who is "technically" at fault, and not sure it matters. I paid Nike $180 with tax and they won't be getting them to me, that's all that matters to me.
