I really hope they do release the space jams next year, I missed out on the last release and am regretting it everyday.

Jb is definetlly trolling. First with the gamma 11s now with these. In three years they are releasing two retro plus colour ways similar to space jams. I hope jb release the space jams next year with 45 on the back!!!

I personally don't understand the ongoing rate of SJs nowadays. A lot of people agreed the quality on those were poor.

I sold my Space Jams the day after I got them because the quality was so bad. They came yellowed out of the box and the toe box was flat and cramped. Back then a $175 sneaker was pretty rare so I couldn't justify a $175 sneaker with crappy quality.
Every now and then I regret selling them but I'm happy with my DMPS, CGs, Concords, Breds and LBs.

Its just a very wearable cw and the fact that they are an XI means hype will keep building after they're released.... I remember back in 2003, they were highly sought after on eBay (fakes were much easier to spot back then), I was looking for a pair but eventually gave up and bought a pair of DS French Blue VIIs off my friend (I know, I know). Hype for Wizards-based cws (esp here in the DMV) was real back then because of MJ playing (although in retrospect, it was probably a bad decision).

Space Jams are classics. Mike wore em in one game, and in the movie. The movie had so much hyp around it, I remmeber sitting on the floor in the back of the theatre because that movie was sold out. I actually like my 09s better than my 00s, so much so that I sold my 2000s. It's funny too, people will low ball the f*ck out of you for a pair of the 09s and then turn around and want $600. I'll never sell mine. So many fakes no, and any people that think $350 for an icy DS pair is a real possibility are clueless. Unless your circle is super strong, it won't happen

I really doubt that's the final product. Too radical of a change with that horrendous mid sole. No way that's the final look. That would be the ultimate slap in the face from JB if they come out with an XI looking like that. Specially for a shoe that is suppose to honor the greatest team in NBA history.

Both of those pairs posted were wear test samples from the original release...
That being said if they released exactly like said samples only with the normal XI midsole and transparent outsole, well...Safe to say they'd be an absolute must have. Why they've decided to go with iridescent patent leather is beyond comprehension...

He wore black concords, not space jams. and did so in the movie too, just the cameras picked it up wrong.
Could you explain why you want 45? I mean yea jordan had it but he didn't even make it to the finals when he came back and wore that on his jersey

They were space jams with concord color pods, and jumpman. Stitched on 45 on the heel, I know all about them. They weren't black concords. They were space jams
