i saw j23's tweet with the pics and i need more but yes as of right now i may be saving 220 but ill wait till more pics come to make a real decision
 
the leather looks nice but the patent leather is still mad thin even on these samples or early pair whatever they are, i like them but i dont know if i like them enough to buy them, ill wait for more pics, thanks for the pics shoulee81 whoever you are lol
 
I like the mix of materials on these, reminds me of the "patchwork" effect a lot of luxury shoes have... I'm interested to see how the final version looks though since $225 is an insane price.
 
At least the 23 is stiched but 220 for AJ XI's.. im good. Ill watch the goons rob steal and kill for these on the news around Xmas time

Hmm. Interesting. I like the leather upper. If it's just a Space Jam w/ leather upper and red accents as opposed to blue, I'm not sure though. JB knows they'll go like gangbusters regardless, but for me, I think I would actually pass. Especially since I have the Gammas, and it's almost an all black shoe again. So a nice shoe I'm sure, just nothing I'd break my neck or pockets over.

doesn't even look like it's patent leather. just looks like some see through plastic

I did notice that as well. The patent leather JB has been using on XI's is about 1/3 the thickness of those OG's in your avy. I was hoping with the "remastering" they would go back to that thick patent from the OG's.

they dont even have to be OG thickness just do SOMETHING about it, maybe they are right and it not being PL anymore, maybe they are so cheap its just the gloss they put over the leather to make it PL but put directly on the material instead of PL to save money lol
