The leather lasts years. It's the same leather used on the 12's. And my flu game 12's from like '04 are still fuego.

Midsole was already shown to be white in a leaked pic several pages back. Carbon fiber will be kinda red/black checkered pattern looking. There was no outsole yet in that pic though.

Yup. That glittery look of the patent leather is my only concern so far. I'm hoping this gets cleaned up and the finished product looks better. I'll take that subtle rainbow shine that I was hating on from the photoshops over this in your face sparkle. Still waiting to see a full shot before deciding. I'm hoping to be impressed for the price they are asking...
but you know what they say, "the quickest way to fail is to try to please everyone" and JB is doing just fine.
