Jordan XI '72-10' Release Date: 12/12/15

WAIT, are you saying that the RECIPIENTS of the charity items had on expensive items? Wow.

My dad used to have a number of rental properties. He tended to rent to lower income people. He was very fair and wasn't taking advantage of anyone, but they would take advantage of him any chance they got.

He would go to collect rent and they would claim not to have it. But then come walking out the house 2 minutes later in whatever the new Jordan retros were from that Saturday. I would go with him on occasion and seeing that disgusted me.

So you don't have the money for the roof over your damn head but you've got them Flint XIII's? Yeah you a real g. Dumbasses.

Without turning this into a political discussion, there are scum on this earth who take advantages in life wherever they can. Don't believe me? Go watch the checkout lanes at a grocery store on the first of the month.

Families buying food are scum?

nah...just not impressed...would you like for everyone to like what you like or have their own taste

No, because then the sneaker world would be boring. I'm not saying everyone has to think the same. I'm saying the hype train runs things. If Yeezy's were made by Sketchers and Kanye wasn't attached to them what so ever, I doubt they would be selling for $2,000.

looks like you're upset everyone doesn't love them as much as you do....if u like them thats all that should matter

Why would I be upset? The less limited the better, just makes them easier to obtain. I'm merely stating the obvious. A lot of the sneaker game revolves around hype. People will say they are not impressed with these, but turn around and say the Space Jam's are grails. Meanwhile they are basically the same shoe.

To the dude who said these were wack, and then posted a wack collection... Let it go man... U have no AJ11 in the mix, but u find this colorway ugly for some reason... It seems to me more like u couldn't afford these or get your hands on them, so u started hating. These are better than 100% of what u posted... Maybe 90% depending on how a person feels about maroons. Whether u want to admit it or not u wish you had these.
Not sure what happened but I guess those who are JB/XI loyalists will scrutinize these.  I honestly prefer a stitched jumpman and not ornamental glued on jumpan.  I prefer 'patent' leather, and not just glitter.  I prefer a contrasted 23 on the heel tab, I guess I just prefer the old and simple colorways of the shoe.

IMO this was just a marketing ploy by Nike.  They had to create a story to make these sell.  Needless to say, they did a fine job with these.  Created a massive GR during the holidays, created a story to sell, and let it fly.

Low key though I think JB saturated the prestige with this.  Now ever hypebeast has these.

Get out your feelings. He doesn't have to like them because you do. I don't have them, never will, doesn't mean I can't afford them. Some people just don't want them. Get over it.

Everything Nike sells is a marketing ploy. They're a marketing machine that knows how to create demand for their products.

Yeah, they  did something different this time around and it worked.  Not all marketing works though, but this one really delivered.  Perhaps a bit too much for certain individuals. haha.

He came in this thread just to say these were wack, and then showed a GROUP of wack *** kicks... Sounds salty to me.

Now shut up and mind ya business when grown folks are talking...

People complain about everything lol. I think Nike's marketing is genius as always. This time around was all about getting people the product. This will give the people the thirst for more in the future. Always keeping something limited only works for so long before it becomes a contention point with the customer and they start looking elsewhere with their $220 dollars they were gonna give to Nike.

In Nike's case selling $25 billion a year in product, seems like most of what they do works. Think about this site, pure marketing for Nike and they don't pay a dime for it.

Just got mine in.  They are nice and the fit is perfect, size 11.5 .  The "leather" is ok, not premium none the less, still nice (I really doubt it's real leather).  Why people say its leather, I have no idea. I don't care for the glitter/sparkle but o'well, its subtle.  The milky sole and tumbled material underneath the patent leather is a really nice touch

Love the color, cant got wrong with black/white/red combo on J's.  I'll try to double up on these, one to rock / one to stock.  IMO, these were/are worth the increase in price due to the the quality of J.  The soft material at the heal and the stitched 23 are very nice.  Although it would have looked perfect and on point if the 23 stitching were done in the same color as the jumpman.

I give these 11's a 9.5 /10 due to the glitter/sparkle...
